OUR ENTRY LEVEL FIXED BASE PROCEDURE TRAINING FLIGHT SIMULATOR

The TRC2500 is our entry-level fixed-base procedure trainer, designed to provide a highly realistic experience for aspiring pilots. It offers a true-to-life replication of a Cessna 172 cockpit, making it an excellent training and procedure tool. Perfect for ab initio training, the TRC2500 brings the look and feel of a real Cessna 172 into an accessible, professional simulator.
TRC3000
The TRC2500 flight simulator is our entry-level model, yet it offers the same high-quality training capabilities found in our more advanced simulators. Designed as a faithful replica of the Cessna 172, it features precisely measured panels and authentic, replicated instruments rather than projected LCD displays. This dedication to accuracy provides an immersive training environment that mirrors the interior of a real Cessna 172, making the TRC2500 an exceptional tool for training and procedural practice. The level of realism achieved in this simulator makes it almost indistinguishable from the actual aircraft.

The TRC2500 flight simulator delivers an exceptionally authentic experience for students, with each instrument, knob, and control positioned exactly as they would be in a real aircraft cockpit. Unlike generic simulators, the TRC2500 closely mirrors the panel layout of a genuine Cessna 172, making it challenging to distinguish the simulator from the actual aircraft. Rather than projecting instruments onto a panel with LCD screens, the TRC2500 incorporates real instruments that respond and behave just like those in a real plane. This design allows students to learn how to operate an actual aircraft, not just a simulator.

MASTER THE BASICS, SOAR TO NEW HEIGHTS

The TRC2500 is the perfect training solution for pilots looking to build and maintain muscle memory, ensuring smooth and precise control handling. Designed for proficiency training, it allows pilots to practice instrument procedures, sharpen their skills, and stay current with the latest avionics systems—all in a highly immersive and realistic environment.

The TRC2500 Flight Simulator is designed in such a way that it will fit in any normal office space. For transportation it can be taken apart in three pieces, making it possible to move the system through any doorway. All dimensions, including the location of the instruments on the panel, are exactly like a real Cessna 172. This also makes it a perfect procedure trainer.

The single channel visual system comes with a Full HD 55 inch professional DLED IPS screen. This screen is specifically designed to be in use 24/7. The typical panel life time is at least 60.000 hours. The response time of these screens is 12 ms, causing no delay in visual and flight experience and the screen brightness is 500cd/m2.

The instructor station desk, including 1 touch screen monitor will give you full control of the TRC2500 Flight Simulator. You can control the aircraft, the weather, the position of the aircraft, engine failures and much more. It is also possible to keep track of the progress of your students using our own instructor software that is included in the package.

The TRC2500 Flight Simulator comes with a high-end computer system to run the flight simulator software. The system is built with the latest specification processor, graphic card, memory and solid state disc. An instructor station computer is optionally included.

Our flight simulators come with our in house designed TRC Touch Instructor, including administrative tools to keep track of the progress of your students.

With its authentic flight controls and avionics, the TRC2500 provides an unparalleled experience that translates seamlessly to real-world flying. Whether you’re a student pilot aiming for mastery or an experienced aviator looking to maintain your edge, the TRC2500 is an invaluable tool.

Best of all, this solution is highly cost-effective, allowing flight schools, training centers, and individual pilots to enhance their training without the high costs associated with aircraft rental and operational expenses. The TRC2500 ensures that pilots can train smarter, stay proficient, and fly with confidence—all at a fraction of the cost of traditional flight hours.

Instructor station
The TRC2500 flight simulator system includes a fully equipped instructor station with a 24-inch touchscreen, providing an intuitive and powerful interface for managing the simulation. Instructors can effortlessly control the simulation environment, adjust weather conditions, reposition the student’s aircraft, and introduce real-time malfunctions during flight.

Designed for professional training, the station offers advanced tools for monitoring, instruction, and analysis. Additionally, the ability to record flights allows instructors to review and debrief with students, providing valuable insights into their performance and areas for improvement.

Two configurations:
The TRC2500 flight simulator can be configured with either an analog Cessna 172 panel or a G1000 glass cockpit Cessna 172 panel. Both configurations provide an authentic training experience, allowing pilots to practice with the instrumentation they will use in real-world flight operations. Whether equipped with traditional analog gauges or advanced glass cockpit avionics, the TRC2500 delivers a highly realistic simulation for effective flight training. Because of the compact size of the TRC2500 flight simulator, it will fit in any standard office environment and there is no need for a special air conditioning system, as the complete system has a relatively low power consumption. One 110/220v power socket will do for the complete system. You don’t need to change your electrical infrastructure, just for one flight simulator system.
