Unlike generic cockpits that do not resemble any particular aircraft, the TRC3000 CABRIO C172A panel closely mirrors that of a real Cessna 172, to the point where it is difficult to distinguish between them. Instead of relying on LCD screens to project the instruments onto a panel, the TRC3000 CABRIO C172A uses real instruments that behave and respond just like those found in an actual plane. COMPLETE PACKAGE

The TRC3000 CABRIO C172A Fixed Base Flight Simulator is a complete package that includes everything needed for student education. The immersive 180-degree LED panel system and instructor station desk are both included, along with software to track student progress. The panel of the TRC3000 CABRIO C172A is identical to that of the TRC2000 DESK C172A. The dual yoke and rudder pedals are spring-loaded, meeting EASA FNPT I requirements, and can be upgraded to control-loaded dual yoke and dual rudder pedals to meet EASA FNPT II requirements.

COMPACT DESIGN

The TRC3000 CABRIO C172A Flight Simulator is designed in such a way that it will fit in any normal office space. For transportation it can be taken apart in three pieces, making it possible to move the system through any doorway. All dimensions, including the location of the instruments on the panel, are exactly like a real Cessna 172. This also makes it a perfect procedure trainer.

TRC 180 Visual System

The TRC 180 Video Panel System has a FOV of 180 degrees and is made out of high quality materials that will enhance the immersive experience and let the user believe he is in control of an actual airplane. The 180 degree video wall systems comes with three Full HD 55 inch professional DLED IPS video wall screens connected together with a narrow bezel (10 millimeters visual to visual). These screens are specifically designed to be in use 24/7. The typical panel life time is at least 60.000 hours. The response time of these screens is 12 ms, causing no delay in visual and flight experience and the screen brightness is 500cd/m2.

Instructor Station Desk

The optional instructor station desk, including 2 monitors will give you full control of the TRC3000 CABRIO C172A Flight Simulator. You can control the aircraft, the weather, the position of the aircraft, engine failures and much more. It is also possible to keep track of the progress of your students using our own instructor software that is included in the package. It is also possible to equip the system with a 65 inch touch screen, making is possible to use all features if the TRC Touch Instructor Software.

High-end computer system

The TRC3000 CABRIO C172A Flight Simulator comes with a high-end computer system to run the flight simulator software. The system is built with the latest specification processor, graphic card, memory and solid state disc. An instructor station computer is optionally included.

The panel of the TRC Simulators model TRC3000 CABRIO C172A is based on the dimensions and layout of a Cessna 172 production single engine aircraft. This closely represents the overall functionality, performance, avionics, and instrumentation. The platform consists of a cockpit section, instructor’s control station, visual display system and an audio system. It incorporates a combination of hardware and software components that is assembled and checked by TRC Simulators. All hardware elements are permanently installed and designed so the cockpit has the appearance and feel of an actual aircraft. From the pilot’s seated position, there are no computer hardware elements such as keyboards, pointing devices, etc. for his or her use.

The TRC3000 CABRIO C172A provides realistic and true-to-scale panel design, avionics, and reliable hardware/software performance in an open cockpit environment, able to be placed inside any normal office space. This platform also provides an effective training environment for student and certificated pilots. This includes the capability of practicing scenario based flight training events, simulated equipment failure and emergency procedures, pilot evaluations, instrument procedures/ experience, and facilitating increased pilot proficiency overall.

Instructor station
The TRC3000 CABRIO C172A flight simulator system comes with a fully equipped instructor station (optionally including a 65 inch 4K touch screen instructor display). This instructor station makes if extremely easy for the instructor to control the simulation’s environment, change the weather, reposition the student’s aircraft, and trigger malfunctions in real time as the simulation is running. It gives professional-quality tools for monitoring, instruction, and analysis. The possibility to record the current flight, makes it very easy for the instructor to review the flight with the student and discuss what he is doing right or wrong.

Easy to place anywhere
Because of the compact size of the TRC3000 CABRIO C172A flight simulator, it will fit in any standard office environment and there is no need for a special air conditioning system, as the complete system has a relatively low power consumption. One 110/220v power socket will do for the complete system. You don’t need to change your electrical infrastructure, just for one flight simulator system.
